Fleurr Privacy Policy

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication information (including information provided if you sign in with Apple or Google).
• Profile and goal information: Height, weight, perimenopause/menopause stage, fitness goals, and activity level, which you provide during onboarding to personalize your protein and nutrition targets.
• Food and nutrition data: Photos of meals you choose to log, along with the ingredient, serving, and macro-nutrient information generated from those photos or entered manually.
• Usage data: General app usage information, such as which features you use and how often, to help us improve the App.
• Health-adjacent data (if you connect Apple Health): If you choose to connect Apple Health, we may access activity and sleep data solely to personalize your daily targets. This is optional and can be revoked at any time in your device's Health settings.

We use your information to: provide and personalize the App's core features (protein and macro tracking, AI food recognition, goal-based targets); maintain your account and sync your data across sessions; respond to support requests; and improve and troubleshoot the App. We do not use your personal information to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

When you photograph a meal, the image is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) solely to analyze and estimate its nutritional content. We also use third-party infrastructure providers (currently Supabase) to securely store your account data, logged meals, and photos, and to handle authentication. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data-processing and security commitments and are not permitted to use your data for their own independent purposes.

Some information you provide — including nutrition logs and any data synced from Apple Health — may be considered sensitive health information under certain state and federal laws. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We retain your account and logged data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hi@fleurr.app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain types of data processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hi@fleurr.app.

Fleurr is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Effective Date" above.
